The next round of our Community Grants Scheme will be opening soon.

The Saltscape Community Grant Fund provides funding for not- for- profit community groups to support the protection, restoration and celebration of salt heritage in the Weaver Valley. Small grants of up to £1,000 are available to support voluntary and community groups working within the project area. Grants will be awarded to projects that meet one or more of the Saltscape partnership’s four main objectives:

• To conserve, record and restore important features connected to the natural or built salt heritage of the area
• To improve public access to the salt landscape
• To provide opportunities for people to learn new skills and take part in training
• To celebrate the unique landscape of the Weaver Valley.
